With South Africa in the midst of a third wave of COVID-19 infections, the news of the Delta variant and the latest adjusted level 4 lockdown announcement by our President; it is in your best interest to get vaccinated as soon as possible. Our enhanced COVID-19 Hub has all the information you need to ensure a positive vaccine journey and a world-class experience.

Register for the COVID-19 vaccine on the Bonitas website:

*Registration for persons over 50 is currently open, with their vaccinations scheduled to start from 15 July 2021.

*The vaccination registration process for persons aged 35-49 will open on 15 July 2021 with vaccinations scheduled to start from 1 August 2021.

If you are eligible for your first vaccine based on your age, simply follow our quick and easy process:

• Step 1:Access our COVID-19 Hub by visiting www.bonitas.co.za\covid.
• Step 2:Click the Register for your vaccine tab, fill in the form with your details and book your slot to get vaccinated at any of our Bonitas sites. You will receive a QR code via SMS and a booking confirmation email and SMS.
• Step 3:Click here to register on the Electronic Vaccination Data System (EVDS).

Please use the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to open the EVDS website.

We offer access to world-class vaccination sites:

Together with our partners, Medscheme and AfroCentric, we have set up world-class vaccination sites that adhere to all the required safety regulations. These sites are staffed and managed by trained nurses and are conveniently located and safe. Our team is waiting to welcome you and make sure you have a vaccination experience that goes seamlessly!

Our sites are available at the following locations:

• Medscheme Roodepoort: 37 Conrad St, Florida North, Roodepoort (open from 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday)
• Pharmacy Direct Louwlardia: 21 Watershed Close, Louwlardia, Centurion (open from 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday)
• Medscheme Cape Town:Building F, Boulevard Office Park, Searle Street, Woodstock (open from 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday)
• Medscheme Durban: 102 Stephen Dlamini Rd, Musgrave, Berea (open from 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday)
• Sanlam Bellville: Sanlam Head Office, 2 Strand Street, Bellville (open from 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday)
• Sanlam Houghton:Sanlam, 13 West Street, Houghton Estate, Houghton (open 09:00 - 15:00 Monday to Friday)

You should take the following to the vaccination site:

• Your Identity Document or Driver's Licence
• Your Bonitas membership card or electronic membership card
• The confirmation SMS or email that proves you have registered on EVDS
• The QR code SMS received from the COVID-19 Hub
• Booking confirmation SMS or email for the vaccination site received from the COVID-19 Hub
